People of all realms that come under the kingdom you reside in the game are being constantly physically and mentally tortured and are not allowed to have a healthy lifestyle leading to a lot of disorders and sometimes even death. You are a social activist and with the help of other revolutionaries in the game decide to overthrow the dictator, change the rules of the entire kingdom by strategically bringing forth a lot of reforms in the society by imparting the importance of wellness and physical fitness, making it mandatory for all people living in the kingdom as well as the neighbouring kingdoms
And fighting against all systems that don’t provide quality food, does not allow time and space for physical fitness and wellness as a total. The gamer has to strategically plan in such a way that a lot of innovation and gaming tactics is involved with high end technology tools and gain a 500 points along the entire duration of time within a time frame and there are hidden points along the game as well as trophies and secret powers that can be acquired along the course of the game.

- Regular fitness exercises can prevent many diseases specially related to heart.
- Take personal responsibility for the health by avoiding such health risks like eating junk food, tobacco use and less workouts.

Importance of Lifestyle
- Improves physical fitness: Regular exercise is defined as physical activity done for the purpose of getting physically fit.
- Prevention of health problems: A healthy lifestyle keeps us free of diseases like hypertension, diabetes, cardiac problems etc. can be prevented through healthy lifestyle.
- Development of mental health: It affects how think, feel and act and sometimes it determines how to handle the stressful situation especially in the field of physical education so it developed only through a healthy lifestyle.
Components of Physical Fitness
- Strength:
- The ability to do things that need a lot of physical or mental effort and it is the amount of force a muscle or muscle group can exert.
- There are two types of strength:
Dynamic Strength
Static strength
- Speed:
- It is the ability to move the body as fast as possible.
- Different sports skills require different fast movements like short distance running, shot-putter body across the throwing circle, running between wicket.
- Endurance:
- It is the ability of the body to work for a longer time without getting fatigued or tired and usually measured by the no. of repetitions like no. of sit-ups in 1 min. and no. of curling.
- Two types of endurance:
- Short Term Endurance
- Long Term Endurance
- Flexibility:
- It is the range of movements of joints.
- The individual who has proper flexibility, can perform his work very easily.
- Two types of flexibility:
- Passive Flexibility
- Active Flexibility
- Coordinative Abilities:
- It mainly depends on the Central Nervous System.
- It is used in the place of ‘Agility’ which is difficult to explain.
- The neuro-muscular coordination is mainly a dependent factor for coordinate abilities.
Components of Wellness
- Physical Wellness
- It involves the ability to do daily tasks.
- Do vigorous physical activities like swimming, sprint races etc.
- Adopt healthful habits like routine checkups, a balanced diet, exercise etc.
- Avoid destructive habits like consumption of tobacco, drugs, alcohol etc.
- Social Wellness:
- It creates the ability to interact with people around them that include family and friends.
- Involves the quality of good communication skills, sympathy, cooperation and helpfulness which makes a person well adjustable in the society.
- Emotional Wellness:
- It is the ability to understand ourselves and cope with challenges of life.
- To control stress, anxiety and to express comfortably.
- Share feelings of anger, fear, sadness, joy, love and happiness to become a well-adjusted in family and society.
- Intellectual Wellness:
- It helps in acting quickly and correctly in any situation of life.
- It is the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- For maintaining it we should try to expand our knowledge & improve our skills.
- Nutritional Wellness:
- Proper nutrition & a balanced diet are vital components for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Avoid fried, junk and fast food.
- Adopt fresh fruits, green vegetables, drink plenty of sugar-free liquids.
Preventing Health Threats Through Lifestyle Change
Health threats like cancer, diabetes, hearts related diseases, blood pressure, obesity, depression, and thyroid etc. can be minimized by the following facts:
- Regular Physical Workout:
- Be in regular exercise for at least 60 min. per day
- It helps to prevent the body from various diseases.
- Do stretching exercises, running, yoga, recreational activities etc.
- Prefer only stairs instead of elevators even walking is best instead of motor bike.
- Healthy Eating Habits:
- Adopt good eating habits that keep us away from dangerous diseases.
- It promotes Growth & Development in children, maintains body functioning in adults.
- Take a healthy diet which includes fresh vegetables, fruits, sprouts and whole grain cereals etc.
- Control Use Of Electronic devices:
- Excessive use of these devices can reduce the physical activity and increase the consumption of dangerous food & beverages.
- It also leads to a sedentary lifestyle.
- Devices as TV, mobile and computers use them for at least 2 hrs. a day.
- Quit For Bad Habits:
Smoking:
- Lifestyle should be smoke free.
- It leads to an increase in B.P and disease of stroke or coronary artery.
Alcohol:
- Drinking leads to damage to the liver, ill health and premature death.
- Alcoholism has the ability to destroy social or family relationships.
Drugs:
- It increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, psychological & hormonal disturbance.
- It affects the personal health and also family, friends and communities.
- Adequate Rest And Sleep:
- Taking proper rest keeps us energetic and rejuvenated.
- Our bodies need proper time for rest & sleep to recover from daily stress.
- It helps in repairing the damaged tissues.
- Enjoy a sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours to be relaxed.
- Periodical Medical Check Up:
- It should be a part of a healthy lifestyle when a person the age of 40 years.
- It leads to detecting diseases timely and curing them easily.
- It includes the checkup of Sugar Level, Cholesterol Level and Blood Pressure.

- How to design the game?
- Step I

People of all realms that come under the kingdom you reside in the game are being constantly physically and mentally tortured and are not allowed to have a healthy lifestyle leading to a lot of disorders and sometimes even death. You are a social activist and with the help of other revolutionaries in the game decide to overthrow the chief, change the rules of the entire kingdom by strategically bringing forth a lot of reforms in the society.
Hint: There is a strong army that you would have to defeat before trying to overthrow the chief and bring about a proper rule, a battle will happen between the two parties and you should strategically take forward your team, create at least 5 efficient protective equipment and 10 different types of battle formations and protective areas to be spotted. Winning the army happens in three stages, the first step you protect all the people present in the kingdom earning you 100 points. The second level of the game involves defeating the other army and forcing surrender and capturing them. This level of the game earns another 100 points. The final stage of the level consists of overthrowing the chief which earns the gamer another 100 points and at the last level of the game, the player is given a map, which will lead you to a treasure of gold coins which you can provide to the people as well as special powers the gamer wants to proceed in the game. If any level of the game is not played properly, the gamer cannot proceed and if this level of the game is not completed in 20 minutes, the player loses the game and the army captures the gamer and their confidantes.
- Step II
The next level of the game consists of strategically changing the rules of the entire kingdom by strategically bringing forth a lot of reforms in the society by imparting the importance of wellness and physical fitness, making it mandatory for all people living in the kingdom as well as the neighbouring kingdoms and fighting against all systems that don’t provide quality food, does not allow time and space for physical fitness and wellness as a total.
Hint: This level of the game involves changing the rules of the country by making wellness and physical fitness mandatory for all companies and forms of work in the personal and professional sphere of close to 50 families in your kingdom earning 100 points along this level of the game.
- Step III
The final level of the game involves implementing with precision the importance of physical fitness.
Hint: The final step of the process is the step where all the 500 points are rewarded to the gamer, winning the game as well as the kingdom.
